Haven't been clicking regularly. so posting one of the pics, I shot long back using my first digital camera (Canon Power Shot A70) at home (i.e. at my hometown, Chirala).

A pair of Spotted Owlets (Athene Brama) basking in the morning sun after a good night's meal...

Love Birds...

A romancing pair of rose-ringed parakeets (Psittcula Krameri). The one with a disctinctive rosy-pink and black collar around its neck is the male. Females lack this collar and will have pale emerald green around their necks.

Made to BharatPur bird sanctuary this weekend. Weather was perfect and we managed to spot a variety of birds. Will upload more photos soon.
